Volvieron a encontrar a "Deep Blue", el tiburón blanco hembra más grande del mundo

Investigadores que buceaban en Hawaii fotografearon nuevamente a "Deep Blue", el tiburón hembre blanco más grande del mundo, que no era visto desde el 2013 en México.

La semana pasada volvieron a fotografear a "Deep Blue", el tiburón hembre blanco más grande del mundo. El ejemplar, fue encontrado en Hawaii, a 30km de la costa de Oahu.

El ejemplar adulto se encontraba comiendo los restos de un cachalote, cuando fue visto por los investigadores que emocionados comenzaron a fotografearlo.

Deep Blue tiene 50 años aproximadamente y unos 7 metros de largo, siendo una especia adulta para la esperanza de vida de los tiburones blanco, que ronda los 70 años.

La última vez que la tiburón fue retratada ocurrió en el 2013, cerca de la Isla Guadalupe (México), aunque en aquella ocasión los fotógrados estaban protegidos por una celda.
