La Corte Suprema de EE.UU. frenó los aranceles de Trump: "El poder tributario es del Congreso"

Con un fallo de 6 a 3, el máximo tribunal determinó que la ley de poderes de emergencia no faculta al presidente a imponer gravámenes. El juez John Roberts advirtió sobre la importancia de respetar la división constitucional de facultades en materia comercial.
